            Flag Football Recap: Rialto Knights vs. Colton Yellowjackets        
        
		
        
        
            Rialto extended their home winning streak to five games  thanks to a huge performance from  Kayla Montes. The Knights breezed past the Colton Yellowjackets to the tune of  44-0 on Tuesday thanks in part to  Montes, who rushed for 75 yards and a pair of  scores, and also threw for 177 yards and two  touchdowns while completing 85.2% of her passes. She also deserves a shoutout for her performance on D,  making four total tackles and defending five passes in addition to snagging  an  interception.

 Rialto didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over.  Danielle Contreras led the group effort, picking up two of those  interceptions all by herself. Another thorn in Colton's side was  Ashley Nunez, who picked up  four  sacks and made four total tackles.
Rialto now  has a winning record of 10-9. As for Colton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
 Coming up, Rialto will host Adelanto  at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday. The Saints' defense has only allowed 11.8  points per game  this season, so the Knights' offense will have their work cut out for them. Colton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
