Rolla came into Friday's matchup having lost 11 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They strolled past the Moscow Wildcats with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-29. The Pirates' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Rolla's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Moscow, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Rolla wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 74-57 defeat against Deerfield on the 14th. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer on Monday.
