Football Game Preview: Sage Hill Lightning vs. California Lutheran C-Hawks + Official Tickets

The Sage Hill Lightning will head out to challenge the California Lutheran C-Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. California Lutheran took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Sage Hill, who comes in off a win.

Sage Hill will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up six points back in September, then bounced right back against Hesperia Christian last Friday. The Lightning breezed past the Patriots to the tune of 42-7. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-7.

Meanwhile, California Lutheran played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by St. Joseph Academy and fell 50-6. The defeat continues a trend for the C-Hawks in their meetings with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.

California Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Sage Hill, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
