4A-2 Region IV District 15 Top Player Performances of the Week

Sawyer Chalk Drops League-Best  Performance  on Friday
 Starting off the list is Ingleside's  Sawyer Chalk, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Chalk's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 107  rushing yards.
 Ingleside's victory was  their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 5-2. Chalk and Ingleside will head out to  take on Rockport-Fulton  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Cuero Wins Third-Straight Thanks to  Trevor Seals
  Trevor Seals's big game helped extend Cuero's winning streak to three on Friday. Seals wasn't messing around, picking up  two  sacks, forcing a fumble,  and making 16 total tackles. The  contest was his third straight with ten or   more total tackles dating back to last season.
 On the season,  Seals  has averaged 9.3 total tackles per game  and for the season has 3 sacks. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 1.86  total tackles per game.

Walker Dietze Delivers Best  Performance of Season
 Cuero was led to victory by  Walker Dietze, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Dietze picked up 123 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 37 yards, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 This year,  Dietze  has caught 11 touchdowns while averaging 92.6 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he had one  receiving touchdown.

Javier Solis Iii Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 Ingleside was led to victory by  Javier Solis Iii, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Solis Iii picked up 173 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 62 yards.
 On the year,  Solis Iii  has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 43.1 receiving yards per game.

Another Game with at Least Ten  Total Tackles from  Jace Gamez
 On Friday, Cuero got the W thanks in part to  Jace Gamez playing the best football he has all season. Gamez wasn't messing around, making 24 total tackles. The  game was his tenth straight with ten or   more total tackles dating back to last season.
 On the year,  Gamez  has averaged 15 total tackles per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 7.83  total tackles per game.
