Hermitage has gone a perfect 8-0 against John Marshall recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Panthers will head out on the road to take on the Justices at 5:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Hermitage proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 19) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Varina 10-9. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, John Marshall got the win against Thomas Jefferson last Wednesday by a conclusive 15-9. The Justices might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Hermitage's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for John Marshall, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Hermitage got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against John Marshall by a conclusive 14-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
