St. Charles North came tearing into Tuesday's contest with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Wheaton North Falcons by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the North Stars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Charles North never let Wheaton North on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22.

Haley Burgdorf paced St. Charles North's offense, picking up eight kills. Burgdorf got some help from Mia McCall and her 20 assists. Sidney Wright controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
