Basketball Recap: St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Picks Up Tenth Straight Win at Home

St. Stephen's & St. Agnes extended their home winning streak to ten games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Colin Pollock. The St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints enjoyed a cozy 73-58 win over the Landon Bears on Friday thanks in part to Pollock, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 13 rebounds. Those 29 points gave him a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Burgdolf, who posted 13 points and seven assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

St. Stephen's & St. Agnes has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Landon, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes has already played their next contest (against Riverdale Baptist), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Landon has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Episcopal.
