Acalanes waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Moreau Catholic Mariners 3-0. The game marked the Dons' most dominant win of the season so far.

Acalanes walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-17.

Acalanes' win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Moreau Catholic, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Acalanes will welcome Archie Williams at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Moreau Catholic, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mission San Jose at 6:30 p.m. on September 9.
