Volleyball Recap: Dupont Manual Falls Short of Sacred Heart in the Playoffs

DuPont Manual and Sacred Heart squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but DuPont Manual had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Valkyries. The Crimsons haven't had much luck with the Valkyries recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Campbell Miles had a dynamite game For Sacred Heart., getting 22 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Miles has posted since October 6th. Hilary Pehlke was another key player, getting ten digs.

DuPont Manual's defeat dropped their record down to 23-15. As for Sacred Heart, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-17.

DuPont Manual does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sacred Heart, they will take on Assumption at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
