Cedaredge extended their winning streak to 14 games thanks to a huge performance from Carley Malinowski. The Cedaredge Bruins took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 57-29 victory over the Olathe Pirates thanks in part to Malinowski, who went 7 of 15 to rack up 19 points. What's more, she also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in February of 2024.

Lydia Tietz was another key player, putting up four points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last five games she's played.

Despite the defeat, Olathe saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Haley Cox posted nine points and seven rebounds.
