Brayden DeAlto Game Report: vs Chatham Charter

Brayden DeAlto gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Tuesday. Chatham Charter had no answer to DeAlto as he struck out 11 batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits (and not a single walk). Clover Garden School is 2-1 when DeAlto posts ten or more strikeouts, but 6-9 otherwise.

Even though DeAlto couldn't lead Clover Garden School over Chatham Charter, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, DeAlto's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Grizzlies' four-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, DeAlto and the Grizzlies surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Thursday's match.
