Basketball Recap: Plainfield North Comes Up Short

Plainfield North was the 73-22 winner over Aurora East when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tomcats on Wednesday.

Plainfield North's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Aurora East, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Plainfield North will head out on the road to face off against St. Charles East at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Aurora East, they will challenge Schaumburg at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
