Softball Preview: Polk County Wildcats vs. Sequoyah Chiefs

The Polk County Wildcats will head out to take on the Sequoyah Chiefs at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Polk County's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so Sequoyah's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Those 14 strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
