Baseball Recap: Antelope Comes Up Short

Antelope lost to Desert Heights Prep on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rams lost 16-1 to the Yote. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Antelope saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Erwin Rodriguez, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Antelope's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Desert Heights Prep, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Antelope will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Great Hearts Anthem at 4:00 p.m. on April 14. As for Desert Heights Prep, they will take on Maryvale Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
