Basketball Recap: Medford Comes Up Short

Medford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They took a 55-36 bruising from the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buccaneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 82-21 back in January.

Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown, their win bumped their record up to 13-11.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers take on the Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown, they will face off against Cleveland at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
