Soccer Game Preview: Rogers vs. East Valley + Official Tickets

Rogers is 2-8 against East Valley since April of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Pirates will square off against the Knights at 4:00 p.m. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

On Tuesday, Rogers had just enough and edged out Deer Park 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for Rogers.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday East Valley sidestepped Clarkston for a 2-1 victory. East Valley haven't had any issues with Clarkston recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

East Valley's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-3. As for Rogers, their win bumped their record up to 4-7-3.

Rogers suffered a grim 8-0 defeat to East Valley when the teams last played back in March. Can the Pirates avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
