Soccer Recap: Northeastern's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

Northeastern fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Hempfield on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Black Knights by a score of 5-4. Even if Northeastern couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

With the loss, Northeastern broke their six-match winning streak and moved their record to 12-5-5. As for Hempfield, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
