Volleyball Recap: Rouse Gets the Win

Rouse won the last time they faced Fort Bend Austin and things went their way on Saturday too. The Raiders came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

Rouse found their leader in freshman Mila Ornelas, who had eight digs and two aces.

Rouse now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Fort Bend Austin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-11 record this season.

Rouse didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Brandeis on the 23rd. As for Fort Bend Austin, they are taking a road trip to take on Jersey Village at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
