Softball Recap: Union Mine Comes Up Short

Union Mine lost against Rosemont back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Union Mine fell 8-5 to Rosemont.

Bella Sebastian made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Allysen Perrah, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Union Mine's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Rosemont, their record is now 4-8.

Coincidentally, Union Mine and Rosemont will both be playing Liberty Ranch the next time they take the field. Union Mine will host Liberty Ranch at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while Rosemont will head out to face them at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
