Softball Recap: Leonard Comes Up Short

Leonard fell victim to S & S Consolidated and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Rams, falling 20-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost five in a row.

Leonard's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for S & S Consolidated, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Leonard will take on rival Gunter at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, S & S Consolidated is set to square off against their familiar foe Pottsboro at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
