Peotone and Herscher are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but not for long. The Blue Devils will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Peotone is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Peotone's tournament run continued when they took on Morris on Saturday. The Blue Devils took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Morris.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Herscher faced off against Lisle on Monday. The Tigers fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lions 25-20 in the first set.

Herscher started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-23, 25-17.

Peotone's loss dropped their record down to 18-13. As for Herscher, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-26.

Peotone was able to grind out a solid win over Herscher in their previous matchup back in September, winning 2-0. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
