Softball Recap: Rock Falls Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Rock Falls's offense. They came up short against the North Boone Vikings on Tuesday, falling 18-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Rockets in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost four in a row.

Rock Falls' loss dropped their record down to 10-20. As for North Boone, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rock Falls is set to challenge their familiar foe Winnebago at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Boone will square off against rival Byron at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
