Baseball Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short

Greenville lost to Troy back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Green Wave came up short against the Trojans, falling 9-0. The Green Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenville's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Troy, their win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Trojans beat Greenville by a score of 12-2 on Monday.
