Basketball Recap: Altamont Comes Up Short

Altamont lost against Father McGivney Catholic back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Altamont Indians took a 33-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Altamont's defeat dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Father McGivney Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Altamont will venture away from home to square off against Paris at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Father McGivney Catholic, they will face off against Rochester at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
