Two dominant signal callers in Brady Goodman and Jax Sculley are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Mountain View Toros will venture away from home to take on the Hamilton Huskies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Mountain View sitting on three straight wins and Hamilton on ten.

Mountain View is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 22-14 victory over Centennial.

Coy Bodily had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 168 yards and one TD. Those 168 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mountain View was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 230 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 203 rushing yards in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Hamilton faced Chandler in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Friday. The Huskies strolled past the Wolves with points to spare, taking the game 55-41. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since November 1, 2019, but that streak is no more.

Hamilton's win came from a few key players Mountain View will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Roye Oliver III, who picked up 198 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 57 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Skyler Cole, who rushed for 147 yards and one score while picking up 9.2 yards per carry.

Mountain View's record is now 7-4. As for Hamilton, their record now sits at 10-0.
