Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball programs in the state of Wyoming over the past decade.

Campbell County captured three state championships and appeared in the state Top 25 each of the past 10 seasons.

Wyoming Indian finished second, winning four state titles while appearing in the state Top 25 every season since 2010-2011.
