Soccer Recap: James Kenan Takes a Loss

James Kenan managed to keep up with East Duplin until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. James Kenan lost 3-0 to East Duplin. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East Duplin this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 two weeks ago.

This is the second loss in a row for James Kenan and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for East Duplin, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. James Kenan will host North Lenoir at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Duplin, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against White Oak at 6:00 p.m.
