Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Beats Tolman for Their Sixth Straight Win

Lincoln came tearing into Thursday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Tolman Tigers by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in April.

Lincoln was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-12, 22-25, 25-22.

Tyler Biddle paced Lincoln's offense, picking up 14 kills. Biddle got some help from Sebastian DeCubellis and his 41 assists. Finally, Jacob Lizotte kept Lincoln's defense grounded, leading the team with ten blocks.

Lincoln's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. As for Tolman, their defeat ended a 16-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-5.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Woonsocket on the 16th. As for Tolman, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Pilgrim on the 19th.
