Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Takes Down Ranked Tolman

Lincoln faced Tolman in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Lions came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in April.

Lincoln was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-12, 22-25, 25-22.

Lincoln pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Tolman, their defeat ended a 16-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-5.

Lincoln has already played their next game (against Woonsocket), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Tolman, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Pilgrim at 6:30 p.m. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each contest than the last.
