Basketball Recap: Onalaska Comes Up Short

Onalaska was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 75-13 loss at the hands of the New Waverly Bulldogs. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Onalaska's defeat dropped their record down to 9-19. As for New Waverly, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

Onalaska has already played their next contest (against Anderson-Shiro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. New Waverly will venture away from home to face off against Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
