Volleyball Recap: Gianna Polsinelli and Masyn Inclan Secure Win for John Marshall

John Marshall won the last time they faced Weir and things went their way on Thursday too. The Monarchs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Red Riders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Monarchs.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 25-12.

Leading John Marshall to victory were Masyn Inclan and Gianna Polsinelli. Inclan had 13 digs and two aces, while Polsinelli had seven assists and three digs. That's the most digs Polsinelli has posted over her last three matchups.

They weren't the only good servers: John Marshall was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive contests.

John Marshall's record is now 22-8-3. As for Weir, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-19-1 record this season.
