Paola strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Baldwin Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 win. The game was the first time the Panthers have beaten the Bulldogs on their court since September 8, 2018.

Paola never let Baldwin on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-23, 25-19.

Paola's offense was headlined by Kinzley Meinig and Berkley Meinig, who picked up nine kills apiece. They were helped by Charley Stanchfield and Vanessa Haas, who contributed 14 assists each. Kinzley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Paola's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Baldwin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8-2.

Looking ahead, Paola will take on Maranatha Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Baldwin, they will face off against Bonner Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
