Basketball Recap: Greece Olympia Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Canandaigua Academy, Greece Olympia was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars by a score of 66-59. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 64-59 back in December of 2024.

Greece Olympia's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Honeoye Falls-Lima, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greece Olympia will challenge Greece Arcadia at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Honeoye Falls-Lima, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars duke it out with the Pittsford Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
