Basketball Recap: Fort Campbell Comes Up Short

Fort Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Hopkinsville Tigers 75-28. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 52-10 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Fort Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Hopkinsville, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Campbell will head out to take on Frederick Fraize at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hopkinsville, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Hopkinsville Tigers challenge the Trigg County Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
