Lordstown needed a changed in momentum after dropping ten straight matches and they got it from Kaycee Was. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Bristol Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Was, who had 21 assists and five aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 12.1 assists per game.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-19, 25-14.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lordstown to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alana Forester, who had five aces and four digs. Those five aces gave Forester a new career-high.

Lordstown's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Bristol, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Lordstown has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Bloomfield on the 25th. As for Bristol, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Chalker on the 25th.
