Recap: Eastside Rams vs. Boyd Christian Broncos
The Eastside Rams won against the Boyd Christian Broncos on Wednesday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. Eastside walked away with a 56-43 victory over Boyd Christian. The victory was familiar territory for Eastside who now have four in a row.
Despite the loss, Boyd Christian saw an underclassman step up: Cydney Perry scored 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for her.
Eastside's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Boyd Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.
Eastside's road trip will continue as they head out to face Fivay at 2:10 p.m. on December 29th. Hopefully Fivay focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 29 on Wednesday. Boyd Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tampa Bay Tech at 7:50 p.m. on December 29th.
