Marsh Valley waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Bear Lake Bears get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. Considering the Eagles have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Marsh Valley pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Bear Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marsh Valley will venture away from home to take on Burley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bobcats have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season. As for Bear Lake, they will head out to challenge Snake River at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bears are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
