Plainview won the last time they faced Sardis and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bears came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0.

Faith Odom paced Plainview's offense, picking up 12 kills. Odom got some help from Jada Gray and her 13 assists. Kella McCurdy controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Plainview's win bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Sardis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-9.

Plainview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Westminster Christian Academy on the 27th. As for Sardis, they are taking a road trip to face off against Crossville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
