Volleyball Game Preview: Castle View Sabercats vs. Bear Creek Bears

The Castle View Sabercats are taking a road trip to face off against the Bear Creek Bears at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Castle View will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Castle View made easy work of Ponderosa and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Castle View's got stronger as the match went on, holding Ponderosa to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Bear Creek came up short against Regis Jesuit on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Bear Creek couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Regis Jesuit a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 33-31, 23-25, 25-21, 27-25.

Castle View's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Bear Creek, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-11.
