Baseball Recap: Mena Takes a Loss

Mena fell victim to Northside and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Northside Grizzlies, falling 9-0. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Bearcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Mena's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Mena Bearcats duke it out with Hope Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northside, they will welcome Farmington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
