Ally Coffey made a splash, striking out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and only one walk). She was up against Byron and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them on Friday. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with six or more strikeouts. On the year, Coffey has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 2.44 over 60.1 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.729/0.780/1.146 with 26 RBI.
