Preview: Defiance Bulldogs vs. Findlay Trojans

Defiance is 2-7 against Findlay since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Defiance Bulldogs will look to defend their home court against the Findlay Trojans at 1:00 p.m. Defiance will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 671st, while Findlay is ranked 107th).

After soaring to 66 points the game before, Defiance were a bit more limited in their contest last Thursday. They took a hard 39-21 fall against Bath.

Despite the loss, Defiance saw an underclassman step up: Isabella Rowlison scored 12 points. Rowlison is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.

In what's become a running theme this season, Findlay gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 54-33 margin over Napoleon. The win was familiar territory for Findlay who now have four in a row.

Defiance's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Findlay, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
