Softball Recap: Oceanside Pirates vs. Patrick Henry Patriots
It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Oceanside ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Patrick Henry Patriots 4-3.
Anuhea Molifua spent all nine innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on 13 hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
