Currituck County came tearing into Monday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Pasquotank County Panthers 8-1. The result was nothing new for Currituck County, who have now won eight contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Pasquotank County from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Mason Allen led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Currituck County's win bumped their record up to 11-8-2. As for Pasquotank County, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-14-1.
