Soccer Recap: Carroll County Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Carroll County finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They fell just short of the Radford Bobcats by a score of 2-1. Carroll County have struggled against Radford recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Carroll County now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for Radford, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Coming up, Carroll County will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Alleghany at 7:00 p.m. Alleghany will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Carroll County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Radford, they will face off against Patrick County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
