Baseball Recap: West Point Takes a Loss

West Point lost against Valley Vista back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dragons took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Monsoon. The Dragons' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Adrian Navarro made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double.

West Point's record now sits at 7-11-1. As for Valley Vista, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-10.

While West Point had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
