Baseball Preview: Unioto Shermans vs. Adena Warriors
Unioto is a perfect 10-0 against Adena since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Shermans will venture away from home to face off against the Warriors at 5:15 p.m. Unioto is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.
Unioto proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 11) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Westfall.
KB Perkins made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBI.
