Baseball Recap: Lincoln Lions vs. Pickerington North Panthers
Lincoln extended their losing streak to nine on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 4-9 in the process. They lost 12-6 to the Pickerington North Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-11 on Monday.
Michael Barker was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Jack Baker was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.
As for Pickerington North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.
