After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fatima, Stover was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Smithton Tigers by a score of 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won eight in a row.

Stover had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-14.

Leading Stover to victory were Shae Fisher and Maycee Burton. Fisher had eight digs, while Burton had 19 digs, five kills, and two aces. That's the most aces Burton has posted over her last eight matchups.

Stover's record is now 15-7-3. As for Smithton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.
