The Pima Roughriders just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Pima can't be too worried about heading out to take on Arizona Lutheran Academy: they just beat Miami at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. Pima took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 48-19 victory over Miami. The Roughriders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Arizona Lutheran Academy posted their biggest win since January 3rd on Thursday. They blew past Veritas Prep, posting a 69-34 victory.

Arizona Lutheran Academy's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Pima, they have also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

Pima couldn't quite finish off Arizona Lutheran Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 and fell 53-50. Can Pima avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
